The Courthouse office is now open from 7:00 am – 4:30 pm daily along with our Baileyton & Dodge City office’s open Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Board Notices
Notices will be mailed Friday June 18th, with the last day to sign for Board Hearings will be Monday July 20th.
Important Dates to Remember
October 1....Real Property Taxes Due
January 1...Taxes Delinquent; Payments on or after this date will be charged late fees of $5 delinquent fee + 12% annual interest
Month of February...Court notices mailed out
3 consecutive weeks in March...Delinquent Property newspaper advertisement published
Normally the first Tuesday in May....Tax Sale
